According to the western countries the constitution is  document that contains the basic and fundamental law of the nation setting out the organization of the Government and the principle of the society.

Constitution define the principles or laws of a country, and they serve as a political framework. The constitution describes citizens’ rights and responsibilities. In a democracy, the constitution determines the relationship between the people and their governments.
